When cloning a form, the Salesforce feed will not be copied. You need to manually set each feed for each cloned form.

You can open the original form's feed and use that as a sample when creating the feed for the new form. Mapping of most fields will be the same.

Note: The web_id, lead_source, online_source might have differnt values depending on the form. The UTM fields however (name and default value) will always need to be set up the same way in order for it to populate the fields dynamically.

Follow these steps:

• Go to "Forms" in backend.
• Click "Settings".
• Click "Salesforce".
• Create the Feed.
• Select "UNITAR - Salesforce" account.
• Select "Lead" as the object.
• Map out all the fields. Use the form you clone from as a guide.
